 There is no better time to take your first step towards a healthy lifestyle no matter how busy you are. LifeWorks Connecting with Jason Nah, who has been a fitness trainer since 1999. He developed his concepts from almost 15 years of experience, having ideas of wanting to be a physically imposing bodybuilder then to getting involved in multiple sports & being highly impressed by the athleticism & skills of said individual sportsmen & women. 

Personal tragedies of close relatives who passed on due to the pitfalls of sedentary lifestyles enhanced his resolve to coaching people to healthy & fit lives. Seeing that many individuals were being influenced by many diverse fitness programs & performances of athletes in the realm of sports, but yet living daily lives affected by the sedentary grind, he started Real Fit. A one-man operating training facility focused on getting individuals who were living the desk-bound life & stuck with the paradox of modern technology being beneficial for long healthy abundant lives. 

He’s honed his skills with many world-class trainers & athletes since then, & developed further from his time training under the famed Institute of Motion from San Diego. Currently, he prescribes an all modes, all directional based motion form of training which encourages the human body to move in many different aspects; having been influenced by sports like soccer, basketball, American football in the NFL, Brazilian Jiujitsu in Mixed Martial Arts & the physical performances of sports entertainment.
